The grounding part on the plug was cut not by me possibly someone who may have had to use it and didn't a grounded outlet. Other than that I would keep it since saves on space. Included is an extra like new grinder wheel. It has four mounting holes with rubber feet that I was able to find since the original ones were not there when acquired it.
